Evaluation of polysomnography changes in patients using antidepressants

Aim: In patients followed up with sleep disorders and receiving antidepressant treatment, the choice of should be appropriate to characteristics patient drug. The aim this study is show effects drug selection on polysomnography results.
 Material Method: This was planned retrospectively conducted by scanning files. Between 01.06.2018 01.06.2022, files who underwent in laboratory our hospital were using antidepressants scanned. Differences between groups results analyzed IBM SPSS v23. 
 Results: 103 (43 women/60 men) included study. It determined that 56 these used selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors 47 them norepinephrine inhibitors. Yates correction comparison gender according groups, there no statistically significant difference distributions (p=0.248). According examined do not differ groups.
 Conclusion: shown did terms affecting polysomnography. Other clinical can taken into account groups.
